Every bed has a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Are adjustable beds suitable for two people?
Our 3ft and 4ft length beds are single and suitable for one person whilst our 5ft and 6ft length beds have two separate mattresses that work independently of each other. This gives you freedom to sit up in the bed while the other can rest laying flat.
Can the head and feet of the adjustable bed be raised separately?
At the touch of a button, you can adjust the headrest of your bed from flat into sitting position or anywhere in between that suits your needs. The adjustable frame has a five-part moving action which allows you to sit up in the bed and elevate your feet to knee height.
How long will I be waiting for my customised bed to be delivered?
We will deliver and install your adjustable bed up 14 days from ordering with us. It takes up to 40~60 minutes to install an adjustable bed.
Can I vacuum or sweep the floor underneath?
Yes, you can vacuum the interiors of the storage compartment, but not the floor beneath, as there is no access. Rather you can sweep inside and around it, after removing the mattress
Do your beds have a weight limit for mattress weight?
Our adjustable mattresses are designed to suit everyone. If you have a concern about weight limits, please contact our bedding specialists directly to help ease your mind.

Our adjustable beds are made-to-order and customisable exclusively at our Hyderabad workshop. You can buy direct online or on the phone with our bedding specialists.
What if my adjustable bed needs to be serviced or a part needs replacement?
Our products are made to last and made with the highest quality materials. Should your adjustable bed or components need servicing, our team is on hand to help when you need it most. Our team can visit your home should you have an issue within 24~48 hours from reporting.
Additional costs will apply for a replacement motor or handset if out of warranty.
Question: What is the expected lifespan of the cot?
Answer: The life of a solid wood & plywood board bed is, on an average, around 5 years or more, depending upon the usage. Make sure you follow the care instructions to ensure product life.
Question: How resistant is the bed to liquid spills?
Answer: Spills should be wiped immediately with a soft dry cloth.
Question: What does the warranty not cover?
Answer: Damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
Question: Is it termite free?
Answer: The boards are treated to be termite resistant.
Question: Is it DIY or carpenter Installation?
Answer: Its Installed by carpenter at the time of delivery.

Question: Is the outer-fabric machine washable?
Answer: No, please do not machine wash. For cleaning the fabric, use a water free fabric cleaner by pouring onto a soft cloth and cleaning stains with the cloth. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
Question: What foam is used in the pillow?
Answer: Two types of foam are used. The firm side is made up of High-Resilience foam and the softer side is made up of Memory foam.
Question: Does it require a pillow case?
Answer: Vizta pillow comes with a premium outer cover and you can directly start using it.
Question: Can product be returned?
Answer: Return is not allowed. Only 10 days replacement is allowed for products received with damage and/or any manufacturing defect.
