Interior Design

As per our agreement with our clients, we cannot display their houses/homes/private residences/apartment
Interior Design works done, due to the following:

Client Confidentiality: Many interior design projects are carried out for private clients who may not want
their spaces publicly shared. Respecting client confidentiality is essential for maintaining trust and
professionalism.

Intellectual Property: Design plans and concepts may be considered intellectual property belonging to the
designer or firm. Sharing these without permission could lead to unauthorized use or replication by others.

Competitive Advantage: Keeping previous projects private can help maintain a competitive advantage
within the industry. Sharing detailed designs or innovative ideas could potentially be used by competitors to
replicate or improve upon.

Contractual Agreements: Contracts between designers and clients may include clauses regarding the sharing
of project details. Violating these agreements could lead to legal repercussions.

Design Evolution: Designers may prefer not to share older projects because they have evolved in their style,
techniques, and approaches over time. They may want to showcase their most recent work to accurately
represent their current capabilities.

Client Consent: Even if a designer wants to share a project, they may need explicit consent from the client to
do so. Without this consent, sharing project details could breach trust and confidentiality agreements.
Sensitive Information: Projects may contain sensitive information such as personal details about clients,
proprietary materials, or technologies used in the design. Sharing these could pose privacy or security risks.

Professionalism: Maintaining a professional image often involves discretion and selective sharing of work.
Not every project may reflect the designer’s best work or align with their current brand image.

Quality Control: Designers may want to ensure that only their best work is publicly available to maintain
their reputation and credibility within the industry.

Respect for Clients’ Spaces: Some clients may not want their spaces to be publicly showcased for personal or
privacy reasons. Respecting clients’ wishes is essential for maintaining positive relationships and future
referrals.

In summary, while sharing previous interior design projects can be beneficial for showcasing skills and
attracting new clients, there are often valid reasons why designers or firms may choose not to share certain
projects publicly. Respecting client confidentiality, protecting intellectual property, and maintaining
professionalism are paramount considerations in the decision-making process.
